Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Shipping is provided via USPS or UPS Ground with estimated delivery of 2–5 business days within the United States. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

We are not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Undeliverable or returned packages due to incorrect address may incur additional shipping charges. Expedited shipping and signature-required delivery may be available upon request and may incur additional non-refundable charges.

Returns and Refunds

Items may be returned within 90 days of delivery if in original condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item.

To initiate a return, customers must contact customer support within the eligible return window. If the purchase was made through Amazon, eBay, or Walmart, returns must be initiated through the respective platform within their applicable return policies.

Expedited shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Warranty
